Pickup & Delivery Information

Customer Pickups

Customers can pick up merchandise at any of our 5 locations. Please call ahead if any of the products need to be sprayed with fabric protection. Please bring any necessary ropes, straps, or blankets to properly secure and protect your load.

Customer Deliveries

Godwins delivers Tuesday thru Saturday. You will be contacted the night before your scheduled day, and given a 3 hour time frame for your delivery. Godwins will make every attempt to arrive during your time frame. If you are not home when scheduled, we may have to re-schedule for a different day.

Godwins will assemble most items and remove the cardboard. There is additional assembly charges for futons, daybeds, and bunkbeds. We will move the old item to your garage or the curb. Old mattresses, if clean, will be removed free on a one for one basis.

Please have your driveway clean and move any fragile items along the delivery path through your home.

Some deliveries may be scheduled outside our normal delivery area for an additional charge. Godwins will only service items delivered in our normal area. If service is required you will be asked to bring the item to the closest Godwins and our service department will repair it.
