We were previous customers and my husband needed a lift chair ASAP but we weren’t able to afford what we wanted. Ken found one that was a customer exchange at another store, had it transferred in and delivered it to us after the store closed. When we are in need of a helping hand, an angel is always there. My shopping experience at Godwins on Linden Rd was above 5 stars. I just can’t thank enough Lynn B. and Alissa K. for hanging in there with me as I redecorated my rooms and Lynn for her professional help in decorating. It was a long hard month as I changed my mind several times but they were always very professional and kind and understanding. Thank you girls from the bottom of my heart. I will always shop GODWINS.

This letter is to commend the employees in the Service Department. I wasn't sure where to send the correspondence, so I am sending it to this department. I needed help ordering parts for a Lazy Boy purchased years ago. Your staff in that department.. ...Sally, Dennis, and Wayne ..... were kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. They went beyond my expectations in helping me get the parts. They even graciously explained to my husband how to put the part on the chair. Super people .... .l wish all my dealings could be with personnel like them!!! Should note that I had called another local Lazy Boy dealer in the area for some help. I was treated rudely!! I didn't purchase the chair there so they were not about to give me any service. I am so happy I called Godwins!

Godwin's is the best! I saw a hutch at another furniture store on sale, but once I went there it was not the right price and they said it was not in stock and would be 6-8 weeks until I received it. So I called Godwin's and they told me it was in their warehouse and gave me a better price too. I go to Godwin's for all my furniture needs now and don't waste my time anywhere else. As from my experience most other places ads are lies. Thank You Godwin's for being honest and having great service.
