EXCLUSIONS: Damage caused by failure to comply with the manufacturer's instructions for cleaning and use. Willful abuse or misuse of the covered product. Normal soiling, pilling, wear and tear. This service agreement does not provide for overall cleaning. General maintenance, including regular professional cleaning of the furniture, is your responsibility. Fading on upholstery, soiling or damage caused by pets (other than body fluids). Any accumulations of buildup of stains, X coded fabrics and non- colorfast fabrics. Furniture sold "as is". Faux stone, fossil stone and marble, brass or chrome plated metals or mattress sets. Costs or damages from repairs/cleaning carried out by anyone other than authorized personnel or improper cleaning methods. Natural characteristics that cause appearance variations. Stains caused by non-approved cleaners. Stains caused by dyes, caustic solutions; plant food, fertilizer, inks, nail polish remover, nail polish, hair gel, hair spray, mousse, hair oil, perspirations, cosmetics, paint or bleach. Stains of unknown origin. Nubuck and suede leathers. Loss of use of the covered product while being repaired. Storage or transportation of furniture, commercial use or rental. Damage caused by weather, fraud, intentional acts, fire, theft, acts of God, vandalism, war or hostilities of any kind. Anything not specifically mentioned as covered. Any item/part replaced under this agreement. This agreement is not renewable or transferable. The owner shall be reasonably cooperate with the store in its efforts to perform its obligations under this agreement. Any provisions contained herein which is found to be contrary to state or local law shall be deemed null and void; however, the remaining provision shall continue in full force and effect.
